HubSpot July 2024 Updates: Concentrate’s Favourite New Features

HubSpot have released their latest batch of monthly updates and new features. As usual there’s lots to explore, so Concentrate’s passionate team have selected their favourite updates for you below. If you are interested in the full release notes you can find them here.

Sales & Service Hub - Forecasting with Multicurrency

As a Sales Manager, you’ll likely be keeping a track of your team’s progress towards your goals. Previously, this was set by default, at your primary currency. This however, made it tricky when working in global regions. This new feature allows Sales users to view and submit forecast data in the currency of their choice. See more here.

This solves the problem of not being able to split out deals and forecasts in a specific currency and will be helpful for those NZ tech and manufacturing companies who do business both locally and in international markets

Operations Hub – Workflows Health Tab

This feature is for HubSpot admins who like to do a ‘Marie Kondo’ on their CRM. With this feature Administrators can access a summary outlining the number of workflows with potential issues and the number unused.

It’s a great tool for monitoring your automations and optimising your workflows

Sales Hub - Approvals for Deal Pipelines

For Sales teams wanting a bit more control around what Deals move through the pipeline, this new feature allows an approval process. By implementing this feature, Deals will need to be reviewed and approved before progressing down the pipeline. For more read here.

Operations Hub - Interactive workflow diagram highlighting an object's path through a workflow

With lots of workflow automations set up in your business, it could be easy to lose sight of where each user is on their journey through your flows. This feature allows you to see a visual breakdown of each enrolments unique journey – the insights of which are super powerful to your sales, marketing and customer service efforts. 

You can see what path somebody took in that workflow and you no longer need to see these steps manually by reading through each contact
