As a Sales Manager, you’ll likely be keeping a track of your team’s progress towards your goals. Previously, this was set by default, at your primary currency. This however, made it tricky when working in global regions. This new feature allows Sales users to view and submit forecast data in the currency of their choice. See more here.

This feature is for HubSpot admins who like to do a ‘Marie Kondo’ on their CRM. With this feature Administrators can access a summary outlining the number of workflows with potential issues and the number unused.

For Sales teams wanting a bit more control around what Deals move through the pipeline, this new feature allows an approval process. By implementing this feature, Deals will need to be reviewed and approved before progressing down the pipeline. For more read here.

This feature allows you to see a visual breakdown of each enrolments unique journey – the insights of which are super powerful to your sales, marketing and customer service efforts.
