As passionate HubSpot users we find it very exciting to have so many incredible updates and new features being made available in HubSpot EVERY.SINGLE.MONTH. After working with B2B businesses for a while now, we also know that finding the time to digest these updates can be a little daunting.

Marketing Hub - Automatic budget & spend data sync between Ad campaigns and Campaigns

Marketers often find the data sync between ad platforms and their reporting source of truth a challenge. This feature update allows HubSpot to automatically sync budget and spend data from Ad Platforms back into HubSpot – a more accurate way to track budget and spend information right from your CRM.

It’s a better way to see your ROI without having to navigate your way through Ad Platforms.

Sales Hub - Predictive Deal Scoring - now on iOS + Android

Having a powerful CRM in your pocket is a game changer for in-field sales reps. That’s why this feature is another string to the Sales Hub Mobile bow. The predictive deal score feature is now available on iOS and Android and helps sales teams to understand how to prioritise efforts by sorting their deals based on score from the HubSpot mobile app.

Sales teams can look at the probability of their deals, the health of their deals and then decide where they are going to focus their efforts.

Sales Hub - Reattempting leads

Sometimes in sales it’s easy to disqualify a lead where there is no immediate, short or even, long term fit to your sales criteria. But could you be missing re-engagement opportunities? That’s what this new feature is all about. This automation streamlines your lead management and prompts your sales team to reconnect with disqualified leads.

Concentrate’s RevOps Specialist Gavin Gilbert is excited about this feature.

Historically, this process was pretty manual. With this feature, it allows you to shift the conversation from chasing net new leads and new contacts, to reengaging with leads that you may already have in your CRM but gave a ‘soft’ no 2-3 months ago.

Best Sales Hub Feature - Deal Insights on Custom Views

Concentrate’s Chief Growth Officer Achan Bedi also shares an update that’s in public Beta you might be interested in deploying. The Deal Insights on Custom Views feature helps you to see insights across all Deal Views, not just the Default Deal Views as previously available. This is super helpful and of course customisable to your view.
