After releasing a huge amount of features in September at Inbound Conference, HubSpot would be forgiven for taking a hot minute to breathe. But HubSpot’s relentless commitment to innovation has benefited us with another month of awesome new features and updates to take note of. The full HubSpot October release notes can be found here, but once again, our team of passionate HubSpot gurus have had a peruse and highlighted their top picks for you.
Marketing Hub - Progress Bar in the new Forms tool
Completing lengthy forms can cause friction for users and see higher form incompletion rates. This new feature gives users a visual cue to let them know how far through the form they are and is proven to be a motivator to higher completion rates.
This is also a useful tool to incorporate when building out surveys in HubSpot using forms.
The new progress bar in the forms tool is an exciting update because it enhances the user experience and will help improve form completion rates. It’s a small but impactful addition to help form abandonment and hopefully lead to more conversions

Service Hub - Skill-based Ticket Routing for Live Chat
For organisations with larger customer service teams HubSpot has released a feature that allows you to route service tickets to certain Customer Service representatives depending on the skills they have and the skills needed at service ticket level. Skills could include things like knowledge (eg. Certain technology), language (eg French) and allows service requests on live chat to head to the right people for a better, higher quality user experience.
This means people can quickly be in touch with the right fit customer service rep – reducing friction and creating opportunities to delight your customers

HubSpot Breeze Copilot
Connected to your CRM data, Breeze Copilot allows you to:
- Elevate your work and execute tasks quickly by understanding what you are working on and what needs to be done and surfacing tasks to help you get productive
- Transform the way you sell through doing some of the research leg work for you, prep sales calls and summarise records
- Streamline your marketing efforts by helping to create content, draft edits and streamline tasks
- Integrate AI directly into your customer service workflow by helping to summarise ticket information and get reply recommendations
We’ve been using Copilot on trial with Concentrate’s own business for some of our marketing activity. It most definitely doesn’t replace human intelligence or experience but is a good tool to efficiently create content for example, variations on some of our social media content - affording us more time to edit, refine and add our experience to
